I deleted my original review because I came to realize that I was pissed at this shop for something they did not cause. Only four stars because I still believe that I got a lengthy run around due to the lack of care and professionalism of the woman who does the appointments and parts ordering (long story). She wasted a lot of my time. However, the mechanic did good work, although I probably asked for something I did not need. (Muffler - My husband was recliner coaching...) Alex is one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics you will ever meet. He goes out of his way to help everyone when they’re in a bind, even outside normal operating hours. He explains everything in detail and has some of the lowest prices you will find in this town. He’s dedicated to his craft and does not cut corners. I truly appreciate all the work he has done for me over the years in keeping my beloved ‘06 Yoda in top shape, while not costing me an arm and a leg. Thank you!

BAIT AND SWITCH — WHAT A JOKE! Called on Thursday and was quoted $220 per truck for Fluid Film undercoating on my two crew cab pickups. Dropped one off Sunday night for a Monday appointment, only to get a call Monday saying it would now be at least $300 because “the guy who quoted me should’ve checked.” Classic bait and switch.
