BAIT AND SWITCH — WHAT A JOKE! Called on Thursday and was quoted $220 per truck for Fluid Film undercoating on my two crew cab pickups. Dropped one off Sunday night for a Monday appointment, only to get a call Monday saying it would now be at least $300 because “the guy who quoted me should’ve checked.” Classic bait and switch. I only got a state inspection but these guys were great. Very friendly and efficient.
When I arrived for an APPOINTMENT I had made 6 WEEKS EARLIER, I was BS'd (for 3 days in a row!) about why my muffler was not available to be installed: the supplier was blamed when I know it was never really ordered, Amy simply forgot. She asked me when she (pretended to) order it (the first round) if I "wanted it loud, to sound cool" and I said NO. Well, what I got was a loud ass muffler I can't stand.
