Dr. Austin is a fantastic Doctor. He is patient, well mannered and knowledgeable in all areas of medicine. I am extremely comfortable with him as my primary care physician especially now in my "golden" years. I highly recommend him.

I had an extremely disappointing and unfair experience with Dr. Alexander Austin’s office. In June 2024, I had COVID and reached out for medical help. Instead of receiving compassionate care, I was met with hostility from the office staff, particularly a nurse named Pam, who was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. She argued with me over trivial matters, like not wearing a mask in my own car, and created a hostile environment.
