I had my dad go see Dr. Alexander because he was having so much trouble hearing people talk. Everyone was so nice to him and made him feel incredibly comfortable. Dr. Alexander was really great and made an effort to bond with him — not just treating him as just another patient. Going to see her completely changed everything. Alexander Audiology is outstanding! Dr. Alexander and her team are incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. From the start I felt welcomed and cared for. The testing was thorough, the technology is excellent, and everything was explained clearly. What I appreciated most was how personalized the care felt, they genuinely took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I’m very grateful to have found them!
My son made a appointment for me here after my family began noticing I was having more and more difficulty hearing. I wasn't sure I need hearing aids nor did I know where to begin. Melissa was so incredible to work with. After my hearing exam she showed me exactly what the state of my hearing was (nearly 50% loss). Dr. Alexander and the front staff were incredibly nice, polite, professional and warm during my hearing test visit. Making an appt was easy and once I arrived I was quickly seen & treated well. A plus is they have complimentary coffee & soft drinks in the waiting area. I will definitely be going back for my next audiology needs!
