I had put off having my hearing issues tended to for a long while and when I finally decided to do something about it, multiple people referred me to Dr. Alexander. I now understand why. She was extremely knowledgeable and caring and took the time to explain everything fully. Dr. Alexander made me feel like I was in good hands and now I feel like I shouldn't have waited so long. So I felt compelled to share with others who might be holding off on getting themselves to the doctor too. Highly recommend!
Dr. Melissa Alexander is a life-changer. I will be forever grateful to her for discovering my congenital hearing loss and helping me find the right hearing aids.
