Scheduled my son an appointment. Therapist was a no show and they said there was no appointment made for him. This was ironic considering I placed the appointment for him that same day. I love how they make a counselor no show your fault, but if you miss an appointment you are charged.
This is an amazing place. Can't say enough good things about the people here.
