Excellent views !! We stayed in a 1 brm apartment with ocean view . The apartment was old, but it was clean, and cheap. I booked and paid through booking.com 8months prior to the stay. During that time this business stopped using Booking.com and that caused a lot of stress and confusion. I tried called the apartment continually with no luck the recording is inaudible and NO-ONE PICKS UP EVER. The number Bookkng.com provided was a staff member who had resigned. Tried to call the hotel multiple times using the google business page call button, no one answered and the hold music was just a loud high pitched alarm noise that continued for 2 minutes straight then hung up. Tried to check in at 2PM but there was no one at reception - stayed for 2 nights and never saw anyone at reception. Room smelled old and mouldy, no air conditioning, no fly screens and mould on bed sheets. The only 2 good things about this hotel is the location (5-10 min walk to Cavill Avenue) and onsite parking.

As i arrived the reseption said they left the key in a lock box wich they didn’t i was stranded in gold coast from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, i was fuming when we got the key i was told no i cant get any compensation at all. The room wasnt even clean dust everywhere the bed was so uncomfortable i woke up with terrible back pain. Provided us with 1 toilet roll for 3 nights no soap tv didn’t work the couch was so uncomfortable pillows were as hard as a rock. I highly recommend not staying here at all.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. Room was old and smelled dusty. We were told there was Foxtel but there wasn’t and no aircon. Messaged reception, Kyle about the aircon and he said we would receive a refund from owner as the aircon needed to be repaired. No refund was given from management (Roy) they blocked my number because all they were offering me was $50 refund which I wasn’t happy with. We were very uncomfortable with our stay due to the heat and we couldn’t open any windows becaus... read more
