The doctor is very nice but the Ronkonkoma office seems to be lacking. I don't think it's the front desk people, but office help awful. They ignore a request for prescriptions, never return calls when you need then to ask Dr. anything. They just take up space. They actually lied to me and that's unacceptable. I'll be changing primary care doctors.
