Dr. Foster is a personable, professional and wonderful Eye Surgeon. I would highly recommend him as your surgeon. Bay View and their staff are so good at their jobs. I am a 68 yr old senior from Sturgeon Bay, WI. Yes, we drove to Green Bay, WI so I could get excellent care. Well worth the drive.
Wait was quite long but Doctor Foster arrived and conducted a full explanation of the procedure and what he will be doing.
