I just moved to Alexan LoHi and am absolutely in LOVE. The location is absolutely perfect, so many amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, breweries and scenery near by. Management (Jenna and Eva are awesome!!) and building staff have been so friendly, supportive and helpful. Every single question and concern upon move in was answered with care. This Alexan property is overpriced, just like the other ones in Denver. Their tiny studios start at $1,675 and I don't want to imagine what they skyrocket to with additional fees and taxes. Furthermore, the Alexan properties have polluted our city with an unnecessary amount of obscene noise pollution, during the construction of each and every one of their properties. They don't care about ruining all peace and quiet in every area they work in, even though it is heavily residential, and folks may want to enjoy their weekend.
The BEST Customer Service and the team is honestly spectacular in any and everyway! The location is amazing and the views are out of this WORLD!
