Updating my previous review. The complex is better than average and good for the price. The common areas are clean and neighbors are mostly quiet. The fire alarms still often go off multiple times a week, evidently there was no fix for that after six months.
This is a great place to live. Quick access to everything in Plymouth and along route 3. 5 Minutes from the ocean in Kingston. The staff from the management office to the maintenance staff to the cleaning crew are highly professional, fast acting, and extremely Easy to work with. I have lived in probably a total of 10 community type buildings like this throughout my adult life. This is the best one.
Wow! I'm glad I read the reviews I was looking for a apartment and it's a shame you have to have pets because I am allergic. It's sad that most apartment buildings would think about people that don't want to be around dogs maybe think about a extra building that doesn't allow pets. But I'm glad to know this place is bad to live from the reviews I've read. And it was only built in 2022? Wow! What a waste
5 stars all around!! I really enjoy staying here and the staff is amazing! The events they plan for their residence every month is unlike any other!
