I’m so glad I didn’t sign a lease here I put a $500 deposit. They said it would take up to 15 days to return my deposit. I remember the second time going in there. There were police at the front of the building somebody that was a resident had their vehicle stolen They also gave me a hard time about My Wife being on the lease. Highly don’t recommend this place and when You do read this review speaking to management. Don’t try to reply to this review thinking that it will make things better. You guys are Joke !!
Love it here! So many great things to say. The other day, I was sitting at the pool and a man came by with a cooler filled with free cold drinks and ice cream samis for all of us around the pool. Just randomly. The place is super clean, well maintained, and the staff is the best. Very happy we found this place to call home. Thank you!
Ever since we moved in about a month ago, I am impressed with a few different things. 1. The front desk. Sylvain, Clara, and Chris are so welcoming, approachable, and friendly. I feel like I could go to them with any question I had no problem. 2. How much they care about the grass and cleanliness of the property. When I was searching for a new place to live-Whether it would be a house or an apartment-I had a lot of questions. After spending over 10 years in my last home, I was looking for somewhere that offered both convenience and comfort. When I lived here, this place was disgusting and not worth the money. Police were always there, dog shit all over lawn, outside doors tampered with so no safety, overdoses in hallway and stairwell and trash everywhere. Not to mention the bugs in my apt from my disgusting neighbors. Place should be ashamed to charge nearly $3000. DONT live here!
