So, went through the whole process, only to find out that I make $419.00 less a year than there allowed income... that's $8.00 a week They would not rent to me. Now I have to wait about 2 weeks for them to return the $500.00 deposit I sent them. Clara was on point with getting back to me until I asked for my deposit back. Still have not heard from her. Had to call and request it back.
The amenities are amazing! Pool table, Foosball, workspaces- a beautiful spacious common area with kitchen and relaxing space to watch tv or visit with friends. Outdoor pool with grills , hammocks and plenty of green space to relax. The apartments are great- high ceilings and brand new, w/d in unit is a definite plus! This place is the best! I’ve been living here for the past 8 months and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. The entire staff has been amazing and extremely accommodating to all my needs.
