Today, I had the best maintenance experience I’ve ever had while living at Fitzroy and it was all due to Brandon. He responded to my request about one hour after I submitted the work orders (for several items, including faucets, sink disposal, dishwasher and cabinet doors) through the resident app and was very thorough in his evaluation of all of my concerns. Moreover, Brandon was extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, a 12/10 service experience! Thank you again, Brandon!
The Fitzroy is a beautiful property with high quality facilities. Randy went above and beyond on our tour and was the most thoughtful and kind apartment tour guide I've ever had. I highly recommend the Fitzroy property and working with Randy!

I recently moved into Fitzroy and so far I’ve had a great experience. The building is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Randy has been especially amazing throughout the leasing and move-in process - professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way.
