I lived at the Alexan Fitzroy and moved out becuase of the new management (Greystar). My lease was about to renew and the new management increased my rent by 10% or $300 per month. In addition, I left my aprartment spotless and cleaned it myself, and they will not give me back my deposit. I paid in full when I left and I was owed a $300 deposit back, and they gave me this really confusing worksheet in which somehow they are keeping all of my deposit except for $42.00. I recently toured Fitzroy apartments and I was very impressed with the professionalism at customer service at this apartment. I was recently helping a friend looking for her next new home and we both really loved Camille the leasing consultant. She was able to show us around some gorgeous apartments. We really loved the kitchen islands and the high quality cabinets. Definitely recommend this place.

I hate this building.
Camille Campbell in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. She has been such a help throughout the application and move in process. She provided the best customer service I have ever received. All of the staff seems to be responsive and knowledgeable, but Camille has continued to go above and beyond for prospective residents. I am truly appreciative of her hard work.
