LOVE, Dr Zand and the providers, office staff are unprofessional, rude and need an inservice on civilty.
My Mother, daughter and I have been Seeing Dr Zand for many years now. ( my Mom has recently passed). The Dr’s and staff are great and yes the wait times can be long, but remember if you have an issue that needs attention now you will get it. So he might take longer with you than he normally needs to, so please be patient as it could be you that needs that extra attention some day.
I have been going to this office for many years. My doctor is Dr. Safavi and she is great. As well as Courtney, the nurse practitioner. However, over the years, the wait time in the lobby and over the phone has greatly increased. Expect to wait between 30-60 minutes before being called into the exam room. Then you might wait in the exam room another 20-30 minutes for the doctor. Basically, set aside at least two hours for an appointment. Same thing when you call. I have been visiting this office for a while now, and I must say that the staff and doctors are excellent in terms of their medical expertise and patient care. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. However, one recurring issue I've noticed is the long wait times. While the doctors are great— mother especially appreciates Dr Sadr’s compassion and professionalism— the office staff is lacking. In fact they are horrible. Long wait times, no follow through, inaccurate correspondence regarding medical records, blaming others for their own mistakes. Nearly every time we call the office, we are put on hold for nearly 20 minutes.
