Alex Yap is a one of a kind. As a Masters CrossFit athlete, my body is always in need of some sort of alignment. In the 2+ years I have been seeing Alex, I do not think I have even received the same massage more than once. I would not even call it a massage - I would call it body re-alignment, and preventative care. She listens to where my body seems off, she understands adults who want to stay active, and gives ideas for stretches or movements to avoid when a muscle is out of whack. Had my first treatment with Alex over the weekend, and I'm already moving better. The major stuck points were functioning better in my workout the next day. That hasn't happened with massages before. Alex explains everything she's doing, which I appreciate. Looking forward to my next treatment.
