I recently signed up for Renters insurance through state farm and Alex is my agent. After finding out that the plan I chose doesn’t meet the requirements for my apartment, I’ve been emailing Alex for almost a month to cancel that policy as I am currently paying for two. I have yet to receive any further details, called his office as well but no response. The lack of communication needs to be improved.
Sam Sandoval went above and beyond. She's very efficient with what she does! I had documents within minutes of registering for a new policy.
