I was charged 130$ for me to tell Alex I didn’t want a MRI and I wanted to be released to work. Alex said sounds like you know what you want. Nothing was done to me at Whitaker-Leas office for the 130$ bill. Kimberly Weatherford sent me to Whitaker-Lea to be released to work.
