When you know you are in good hands, you feel you can ask whatever is concerning you.
Staff were all nice and courteous. But after having to wait over an hour after being told he was running 20 minutes behind, and having to leave by a certain time for workmen coming to the house (which would have been fine if I had been seen on time), my mind was more on getting home than on the appointment. An apology from the doc about the lateness would have been appreciated but at least the other medical personnel gave theirs. Doctor seemed to know his stuff but really wish there had been more time to talk about everythin... read more
