We phoned Al Water Restoration because a pipe broke and water got into our living room. They came there quickly, got rid of the water that was still there, and started to dry things off. They looked for hidden water and kept mold from forming. The staff was helpful, friendly, and did a good job. Before they left, they made sure the house was fully dry. The treatment went well, and the team made a tough condition much easier to handle.

As soon as a pipe burst, Al Water Restoration came. They took rid of the standing water and made sure everything was completely dry before they began to fix things. There was a lot of good communication the whole time.

We called Al Water Restoration to fix the damage to our garage and part of the hallway caused by a water heater bursting. They were on time and very nice from the start. It was excellent that the workers got rid of the water, dried everything up, and corrected a few tiny problems. They wrote down everything in such excellent detail that it was incredibly beneficial for insurance. I loved how explicit they were about what needed to be done and when. Everything was done in a very expert and comprehensive way.
