Amazing customer service! I ordered flowers for a teacher's birthday, which fell on the first of 2 consecutive snow days before the weekend. I had spoken to them on Thursday about moving the delivery to Friday, and forgot to call them on Friday to let them know the school was still closed. The team at Alex Waldbart checked the school closing list on Friday and brought a fresh delivery to the teacher on Monday. Service like that just doesn't happen anymore. I am so very grateful!
A local favorite of mine My mother has been buying from waldbart's for 30 years. I thought I would give them a try and have been using their services for at least ten years myself. This is a flower shop that can satisfy my sisters taste of daisies or I can send unusual exotic flowers to my best friend who likes contemporary arrangements.
