Clean facilities and friendly staff. 4 stars only due to 1 1/2 hour wait between Scheduled appt time and when procedure was actually performed. Not sure if this was just an off day with a scheduling issue. Can't stress enough the professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend and will return for future procedures.
This was my second procedure for a colonoscopy. I was impressed with the respect and care all the people gave me while there. Explained everything that was going to happen. Answered all my questions completely. A very clean environment of course. Made me feel at ease right away which I appreciated. Thank u to the entire staff at GI associates Kenosha!!!
