If I could give zero stars I would. The service on my vehicle appears to be good but the actual customer service is nonexistent. The shop had my car for over four months for a simple engine swap. Every time I would ask about my vehicle I was told it would be ready “tomorrow” or “next week”. I kept getting empty promises and hollowed words not to mention the constant forwarding of my phone calls and taking days/weeks to reply.
