My brother was a client of theirs for MANY years. When I called, a lady answered the phone. I gave her my brother’s name and asked if she had dealt with him or had Alex. Her immediate answer was they both had and added in a very matter of fact voice, “I know he is dead.” No I am sorry or polite comment at all. The end result was amazing which deserves the five stars, but the experience made it exceptional. Alex and Vera are not southern. They are not demure. But they are kind and honest and funny and talented. I enjoyed every part of it.

Excellent service and craftsmanship! I brought my wife’s Hublot MDM watch to repair the band strap to Alex The Jeweler, and he did an amazing job. I tried to repair the band strap myself but i lost one tiny screw and my DIY repair turned into fubar. The repair was done very professionally. Alex quickly was able to make a missing screw, fix the band, polished golden bracket, and the watch looks perfect again. Very knowledgeable, honest, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend Alex The Jeweler for luxury watch repairs!
