This is my GO TO SPOT for anything involving jewlery. I have had Alex and his wife cut several gold bracelets to fit my girlfriends wrist better as well as my own. I have sold 2 gold chains, a bracelet, and a mens diamond ring for a fair cash trade deal. Wrote me a check and took maybe 15min for them to test the quality. Alex is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. Anytime I need to source a high end watches, jewelry repairs etc. they have always been able to help. I would highly recommend to check them out.
My brother was a client of theirs for MANY years. When I called, a lady answered the phone. I gave her my brother’s name and asked if she had dealt with him or had Alex. Her immediate answer was they both had and added in a very matter of fact voice, “I know he is dead.” No I am sorry or polite comment at all. Great guy, love Alex. He is the best
The end result was amazing which deserves the five stars, but the experience made it exceptional. Alex and Vera are not southern. They are not demure. But they are kind and honest and funny and talented. I enjoyed every part of it.
