Booked through Booksy for 1pm, got there at 12:40pm, there were three barbers, no one there, explained that I made an appointment at 1pm, first time there, I didn't book with anyone specificly, got a hair cut with someone else, I paid for my cut, and got charged a cancellation fee. Instead of watching TV, you should have said that the appointment was with Alex. You guys messed up not me. That was my first time there
Barber's a plenty and calm atmosphere.
They use to greet you and let you know who's gonna be cutting you. Now they just watch as you come in and leave you guessing who's gonna cut you. If you don't have an appointment they leave you hanging.
