The old blonde haired lady with glasses at the front desk is not friendly at all. When I approached her and asked her for new patient forms, she was a bit rude with the most miserable look on her face. I asked her a question and I received a worthless response. If you go to this office in Inverness try to avoid her. She will definitely make you feel uncomfortable. My tip is if you don't like your job, go find another one that makes you happy.

This was my brother-in-law's doctor. We can never get through to a real person and they don't return calls. When we had an emergency and were supposed to follow up within 24 hours, they did not return that call either, so we switched doctors. Should be interesting to see how long it takes them to send over his records, IF they send them. I have a long list of other complaints, too, but I would just advise everyone to stay away. They do not care for their patients.

Gave me same medication the hospital did. Basically didn't Even recommend any treatment, just wrote same prescriptions an sent me on my way. Ridiculous.
