He knocked on my tenants door and persuaded my tenants to do roof work while there was a small leak in side the extension laundry room. He took off the old rubber roof and slapped on a cheap layer of rubber with big space underneath. Two days later, it rained and horrible leak short circuited the wires. I had to get another contractor to fix it properly. They changed the rotten plywood, apply blue skin paper, insulation and rubber and tar.
