My wife and I went and as we were walking to the door the rude inconsiderate assistant of this doctor closed the door on my daughter and I without an explanation why we couldn't come in. And as my little girl cried and knock on the door this person refused to answer. I hear rumors that she can't have contact with people. So word of advice, YOU WORK AT A MEDICAL CLINIC. Find a job that involves you not being in contact with people.
Extremely disappointing experience. I was told the initial virtual consultation would be free, but I was later charged $360 without any prior notice or agreement. The appointment was also incorrectly billed as an office visit even though it was only a brief virtual consultation. To make things worse, the call was affected by serious connectivity issues from their end. The doctor acknowledged the technical problems, and I could barely hear most of the conversation. This place is a scam. Alexia told me they take insurance for the initial consult, so I gave her my information and made the appointment. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, she said that I “wasn’t listed” on the insurance website under my husband’s plan. She had changed my appointment to cash. So I called my insurance and they said “you are listed as active, they are using their own system to determine this.” What??Same insurance rep called this clinic and spoke to Alexia, and we both emailed proof of my ins to her wi... read more
My daughter-in-law had two unsuccessful IVF transfers recently with this doctor. After the first one she heard nothing from him and had to call him. After the second when she went for a blood test, again no contact from him and it’s been almost two weeks. She found out only through a health portal that the test was negative. If she hadn’t had access to it, she would still be waiting for confirmation. I find this extremely unprofessional and definitely lacking in compassion.
