these plumbers are awesome! my main drain line got clogged one night. i called for help and spoke with the after hours service. she listened to my problem and had the plumber, joe, call me back quickly. joe explained what steps i could take so we could still use our toilets and water until morning. he showed up at my house in walkertown first thing the next day to snake the line and put in a new toilet gasket. i've called them a few times before and you can tell they really care about their customers and do great work. i def... read more

joe and emmanuel from alex & sons plumbers came out to help my father in walkertown when he got home from the hospital and had a plumbing leak. i was really impressed with how hard they worked and how quickly they fixed everything. they took time to explain ways to prevent future problems too. the price was so much better than another company that charged a lot for a water heater. we put their magnet on our fridge for next time.

I waited a few weeks before writing this review to make sure the plumbing repair held up, and I’m happy to say everything is working perfectly. I called Alex & Sons Plumbers in a hurry because my bathroom sinks needed fixing right before a big party. Russell showed up the same day and took care of the problem at the price he quoted. He even had to leave for a bit to get the right parts, but came back quickly and finished the job fast. Very impressed with the service and the team—definitely recommending to others.

called Alex & Sons Plumbers after seeing our water heater leaking in the garage. we had just bought our house in Walkertown and didn't know how old the water heater was. we thought the worst and figured it might need to be replaced, which we weren't looking forward to. I would give Alex & Sons Plumbers 10 stars if I could. I called their emergency line on a Saturday when we found out our 75-gallon hot water heater was leaking. Emmanuel was extremely helpful and talked me through which water valves to turn off. The crew arrived early in the morning with a new hot water heater ready to go. Russell and Manuel faced a real challenge since the old water heater was tightly wedged in a closet along with our home’s heater and AC unit, plus the door was narrower than the tank itself.
