Had a new water heater installed in Walkertown and the plumber did a great job—very tidy and professional work at a good price. Definitely a 5-star experience. Later on, I woke up to a cold shower and saw an error about a 'flammable vapor sensor fault.' After a quick call, Joe came by the same day, swapped out the part fast, and explained what happened. Joe was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Another 5-star visit. I’d highly recommend their plumbing services!

Emmanuel and Russell did an excellent job fixing a major leak that forced us to shut off the water to the whole house. We had been without water for a couple of days when we called Alex & Sons Plumbers, and they quickly found the problem, explained what needed to be done, and got started right away. They also installed shut off valves for our shower, so we won’t have to turn off water for the entire house if it happens again. I called Alex & Sons Plumbers to my rental property to repair a water heater. Joe, a junior plumber, showed up quickly and began working on the heater by installing a new thermostat and heating elements, which cost $500. At first, this didn’t solve the problem, and Joe left before checking if hot water was running.
