I was updating my kitchen cabinets and needed some plumbing work done, like replacing the sink pipes and moving the gas line for a new stove. I called a plumber and Joe came out to take a look. While he was checking things under the house, he even found a leak in the bathroom that we didn’t know about. Joe fixed the kitchen plumbing, moved the gas line, and also took care of the bathroom leak by putting in new copper pipe—and he didn’t charge us any labor for that extra work! Alex & Sons Plumbers really went above and beyond what I expected. I had a clogged drain line causing water to back up into my house in Walkertown. After my warranty company didn’t help, I called them and they showed up right away. Emmanuel found that tree roots were blocking the pipe and fixed the problem quickly. Even better, they covered the repair as if it was still under warranty, even though it wasn’t. Emmanuel said it was just the right thing to do. You don’t see service like that anymore. these plumbers are awesome! my main drain line got clogged one night. i called for help and spoke with the after hours service. she listened to my problem and had the plumber, joe, call me back quickly. joe explained what steps i could take so we could still use our toilets and water until morning. he showed up at my house in walkertown first thing the next day to snake the line and put in a new toilet gasket. i've called them a few times before and you can tell they really care about their customers and do great work. i def... read more
