Alex hands down an incredible realtor! Being a local himself he is very knowledgeable with Canmore and the housing market. He was honest and humble. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he would go out of his way to find out. A real go getter! He comes prepared and makes the effort to help whatever he can. He made our rental condo purchase a great experience. He is not your ‘pushy typical I know it all’ realtor and lets you make your own decisions. Any advice was he gave was very helpful.
