Jess has been wonderful in helping us move in to our new rental through Alex Scott & Staff. A couple of things were left in not so perfect shape after the previous tenants but she went above and beyond to see that these were rectified quickly for us. Her communication throughout the whole process has been prompt and professional while still very approachable. We look forward to seeing out the rest of our tenancy with Jess as our property manager and first point of contact.
