I'm now the proud owner of one of the worst tattoos in the world thanks to Michael Barber at Alex's New Tattoo in Roanoke,VA. The tattoo I received looks nothing like the agreed upon photo and was completely changed without my permission. Alex's New Tattoo is falsely advertising Michael Barber as a veteran tattoo artist when in reality he just rejoined the tattoo industry after a hand injury supposedly left him disabled from his years in the medical field!
