This was my first time buying a new camper and have many issues with it, not holding water, loose toilet, seal missing on outside door panel and many more. Every time I call in and let them know what is going on with this new camper they make all issues my fault (like I made that problem) Called them and went in 5 times in three weeks and had the camper there for 2 weeks with water issues and all the other ones. Very friendly staff. Very helpful. They do a great job closing up our trailer for winter & cleaning & repairs. Only downfall is they are not the place to shop for park trailers. Nice variety of 5th wheelers & camping trailers though.
We were on a cross country camping trip from MD to Glacier NP when a bolt on the load leveling hitch sheared as I was tightening it. Went to Alex Rec to see if I could get a part. They had none in inventory so they sold me the one on their display model. Got me back up and running with little delay. Fantastic.
My wife & I walked in only to be greeted by no one. One salesman was in his office put his head down. Another told us they had toy haulers out side unlocked so we go go out ourselves and look around. I guess no one wanted to make a sale.... WE LEFT !!!
The people at this place have went above and beond there job. Bought a used fifth wheel camper from them for arround 8,000. It was verry clean before I picket it up. Had to clean verry little myself. They even gave me a great deal on the fifth wheel hitch since i only had the brackets for one. The even gave a starter kit and a full overview/run through of the systems since im still kinda new to thease campers. I would tottaly buy from here again.
