All I can say is that we have been lucky to have someone like Alex Roldan to help us. Every time we went to him either for purchase or refinance he is on point, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Alex you won't regret it having him helping you 5 stars always ✨.

I loved working with Alex and his team. My home buying process was a breeze because of his communication and attentiveness. Alex was very informative and was very transparent with me when it came to this whole process because as a first time homebuyer it was all new to me. I totally recommend Equity Resources as a mortgage lender!

I have so much to say. Alex (and his team) were professional, personable, easy to contact, and worked hard to make sure my husband and I had zero guesses about what we were getting into. The home buying process is scary, but in Alex's hands it was stress-free. Even with the odds against us (lower credit score, newly employed in a new career path, finding the perfect home for cheap!) They somehow made it happen. Thank you. 1000/10 (2024, WE GOT THE HOME! <3)
