Our tenants announced they were departing on very short notice in the month of March, typically a difficult time of year to find a tenant. Alex helped me find a condo in the currently overheated market. She both took my own needs into consideration but also gently suggested some things I had not thought about. In the end, she took a lot of time to help me find the right home. Just as importantly, she was able to help me navigate a number of issues in the Boston area that were tangential to the actual purchase itself. It helps to have someone that really knows the area and the people in it.
