I started working with Alex for managing a rental condo in 2012. She is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with. She provides sound advice about rental markets and potential renters based on her years of experience. She came highly recommended from friends of ours and I was not disappointed. Alex has been our Property Manager for the past 7 years and we cannot say enough positive reviews about her and her team. One would think that any agent can do the job, but she’s just different. Alex is actively helping manage a rental property and treats it like it’s her own. She goes above and beyond to save money on repairs, when needed and looks out for our mutual best interest of the tenant (and budget).
