I can't say enough great things about Alex. She's kind, honest, and worked incredibly hard to find us our home. As a first time home buyer who was trying to buy in Virginia while living in another state, I was dreading the process. Alex made it her mission to find us a house, and we probably saw dozens. I started working with Alex for managing a rental condo in 2012. She is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with. She provides sound advice about rental markets and potential renters based on her years of experience. She came highly recommended from friends of ours and I was not disappointed. Alex has been our Property Manager for the past 7 years and we cannot say enough positive reviews about her and her team. Her professionalism and enthusiasm at all times were a great relief to us during stressful points in renting our home. Alex and her team are hands down the best. I’ve been working with Alex for several years now and she is always on top of every issue going on with my rental property, she communicates with me on a regular basis and provides photo updates any time any work is completed at my unit. I cannot recommend her enough. When it comes time to list my unit for sale, I will definitely use Alex and her team.
