Professional customer service – Hello I just wanted to write a quick review for Alex Oriental Rug Specialist as I recently had a water leak in my home and needed someone to work with me to have (2) 8x10.5 and (1) 5x8 Oriental rug along with (1) 2.5x8 Wool rug cleaned. I called around several places and they were not only twice the price but they wanted me to deliver and pick up the rugs once finished.
