Unfortunately today I have to write this review on Alex nails today. I honestly never had any problems coming to get my nails done. Until I went to get my nails done it was my birthday Alex started off good as usual but out of nowhere Alex gets on his phone talking leaving me to sit there as he had a casual conversation with whoever he was on the phone with to the point that I had to nicely tell him I need you to finish my nails I said your on your phone and you went and took a cigarette break as well. STAY AWAY. If I could rate a 0, I would!! Firstly, I received a gel set and left the salon to my nail polish peeling. I go get it fixed and the very same day it starts to peels again. Secondly, a week to a week and a half later, 3/4 of the nails I got REPAIRED by Alex have re-broke off... one of which broke in my SLEEP. I called to complain and the owner Alex tells me I have to pay to get it repaired. Not only that, he tells me because of his lack of skill then maybe I don’t need to get my nails done. I came in needed 2 nails fix and this older black lady who works in this salon was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. Her attitude toward was as if her and I knew one another.
