I'd recommend committing insurance fraud before I'd recommend their services.
Do not use his services. He took over 6-7 months to start the job. He wouldn't answer our calls or emails and pretended he did not receive anything. When he finally starts, he has an excuse every day for why he is only going to work a couple of hours (e.g., his wife's car died, his dishwasher leaked, a tree fell, has to pick up his son, buying a new van, etc) which causes the job to take too long (months).
