Went to Alexs for my 2nd tire repair. The whole team was super friendly, helpful and I even learned a few tricks to use while working on my Baha. He knew exactly what was wrong with my bike ?? Ive noticed a lot of mechanics locally, shy away from MoPeds if its not a Vespa- and he was not only able to assess my calipers and how to maneuver my bike easy, he also fixed it and worked with me on the price. This place completely discriminates on who comes in for fixing. I wasn't told that when it was figured out the problem with my bike I had to pay half upfront before the starting on fixing my bike. But another person same ethnicity took his bike there and was not asked to pay anything til the bike was complete. When opporatimg a business it's a must must treat customers equally and on contract should state any criteria that *** cause discomfort in the fixing. NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE SOLD ME A BAD ENGINE WITH LOW COMPRESSION AND METAL IN THE OIL, CLAIMED IT RAN WELL WITH LOW MILES READY TO RUN FOR MY 09 GSXR 750, KEPT PARTS I PAID FOR BEFORE SENDING ME THE ENGINE AND NOW REFUSES TO CONTACT OR REPLY TO CONTACT! BASICALLY LIED AND JUST TOOK MY MONEY!
They had my bike for two months, charged me and didn't fix anything. I refused to take the bike as I had paid for work which was not performed. They said it'd be ready the next day. It was not. A week later, still not ready, two weeks later, still not ready, and now I'm at three months w/out my bike. I'm beyond upset.
