Went to Alex’s for my 2nd tire repair. The whole team was super friendly, helpful and I even learned a few tricks to use while working on my Baha. He knew exactly what was wrong with my bike 😲 I’ve noticed a lot of mechanics locally, shy away from MoPeds if it’s not a Vespa- and he was not only able to assess my calipers and how to maneuver my bike easy, he also fixed it and worked with me on the price. NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE SOLD ME A BAD ENGINE WITH LOW COMPRESSION AND METAL IN THE OIL, CLAIMED IT RAN WELL WITH LOW MILES READY TO RUN FOR MY 09 GSXR 750, KEPT PARTS I PAID FOR BEFORE SENDING ME THE ENGINE AND NOW REFUSES TO CONTACT OR REPLY TO CONTACT! BASICALLY LIED AND JUST TOOK MY MONEY!

They had my bike for two months, charged me and didn't fix anything. I refused to take the bike as I had paid for work which was not performed. They said it'd be ready the next day. It was not. A week later, still not ready, two weeks later, still not ready, and now I'm at three months w/out my bike. I'm beyond upset.
