Great patient experience! The staff as well as Dr. Mercado-Irizarry were kind, patient, and empathetic. This experience is why I put my trust in their office.
Very good experience from start to finish. Wait time was short and intake nurse was very detailed and helpful. Dr. Mercado was tentative and listened to my concerns before making the next steps for a plan of treatment. Felt very comfortable and confident with the course of treatment. Just dislike the parking but this is not new with this building.
