I’m a general contractor who builds 1-2 houses per year and Alex is my son. He buys and sells all of my properties. Since working with Alex, I have been able to grow my business. I used to struggle to find Lots to build on and some realtors would become unavailable as soon as a deal got done if I needed additional help. Alex is able to help me find Lots, negotiate a good deal and sell for a price where I feel my work is fairly compensated. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good hardworking realtor.
