Have been purchasing Bona flooring products from Alex Lind for a number of years. Recently purchased a replacement Bona Mop here which was faulty & and the guy working here delivered terrible customer service both by phone & in person mumbling about how they would have to send the product (incidentally less than a week old & used once) back to Bona before they could do anything. I always get my supplies from Alex Lind. And the people are super friendly and helpful there, but recently experienced some strange behaviour from one of them. I drove almost 2 hours in the morning traffic to get my supplies with a full bladder and I knew they had a washroom, but when I went in the stoor, the guy says It's off limit from public cause he cleans it and he decides who uses it or not. I asked him nicely but he told me to go to McDonald's. Maybe he didn’t like where I'm from I guess. A business should be more com... read more
