Appeared generally uninterested in my condition. Only saw in once in person after a DVT/PE episode which was not resolved - all other visits were through other staff. When I did see him, he offered no solution or guidance and did not even seem to know my history. Found another provider at Texas Oncology and now much happier. Hate to provide a negative review, but that is what happened.

Dr Liao came in and just completely dismissed my wife’s pain and concerns and told her it is just muscle pain when her spleen is enlarged. He seemed to have tunnel vision. He also told us her spleen is lower in the abdomen when it is actually just under the ribs where all her pain is. I would NOT recommend him! Especially since he doesn’t know basic anatomy of where the spleen is located. I’d give negative stars if I could.
Both my father and mother received very dedicated treatment from the nursing team and Dr. Liao. Currently my parents are in very good health. I am very grateful and appreciative. Thank you very much.
