So helpful and lovely staff. Had an issue with my wipers and got it sorted asap. Cannot fault them at all. Made it 10x better having a warm waiting area with the friendly cat, Iris!
Excellent service, this is how all garages should operate, polite, efficient, and a clean & comfortable waiting area.
RAC towed my Transit van to Alex’s at 2.15pm. Needed new starter motor. The full repair was finished by 5.30pm same day ! Outstanding service. Of course we will be back to Alex’s for all our future services.
