I rarely leave reviews twice, but after my revision surgery experience with Dr. Alex Lechtman, I feel obligated to warn other women considering explant surgery. (My 1st review is under Alta.Chell) I originally had my explant on April 18. Immediately after surgery, it was obvious one of my nipples had been botched. My experience with Dr. Lechtman and his team was nothing short of wonderful. After waiting since I was 15 (half my life) for a chance at a breast reduction, I was blessed to be referred to his practice, where his staff is just lovely.
