I rarely leave reviews twice, but after my revision surgery experience with Dr. Alex Lechtman, I feel obligated to warn other women considering explant surgery. (My 1st review is under Alta.Chell) I originally had my explant on April 18. Immediately after surgery, it was obvious one of my nipples had been botched.
