I was a new patient. Got there early to fill out the paperwork. Turned in my paperwork to the receptionist who was playing on her i- phone. Only one patient in the waiting room. My appointment was for 10:30. Was called back at 11:00. Took my blood pressure and said the doctor would be right in. waited another 20 minutes while listening to everyone talking about there day. Told my husband " let's get out of here" Totally unprofessional!
