I have been a patient of Dr Kerns for like 6 months now. During the scheduled appointment time everything is fine. Dr. Kerns is very knowledgeable kind and professional. The issue really starts after you leave as Dr kern's office as they will not call to inform you of anything. Did your blood results reveal anything? you may only find out when another random place calls you to schedule something to follow up. Dr. Kearns really cares and LISTENS, , giving each patient his full attention and due consideration.
Dr. Kearns is a very professional, caring and easy going. He listens to your concerns and doesn't try to rush appointments. He also doesn't do unneeded test or appointments to get more insurance money like some doctors do. His staff is always polite and caring. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Dr. Kearns. He listens. Very thorough. Easy going which makes him easy to talk to. His staff is very friendly and know what they're doing. His computer/desk is situated so his back in NOT to you while talking.
