I never write reviews online, but I feel it is important to warn people of the "care", or lack of, I received from Physician Care in Madison in hopes that no one else has the same experience. Gail Prentice wasn't the provider I had chosen, the pervious NP I was seeing there had left the practice. I wish I had read the reviews before agreeing to be moved to this provider, multiple reviews with only ONE star.
