I booked an appointment online 2 days in advance and I took time off of work to make it to the appointment early. When I got there, one of the advisors told me my appointment was scheduled too late in the day (3:45pm) to do the service (tire rotation and oil change). He told me someone should've called me to inform me of that, I received no call. I have gotten a few services done here, but this is probably my last time dealing with this service center.
I had a great experience, but this dealership, my battery was not holding a charge and they needed to keep my vehicle for an extended amount of time so they provided me a loaner.
Very user friendly, was able to schedule my appointment quickly.
Wonderful, knowledgeable staff and very friendly! All our Lincolns are leased every three years! It is the most economical way to own a luxury SUV and just pay payment, gas and insurance! I highly recommend! We won't deal anywhere else!
