Authorization for repair signed Dec. 27. The body shop said car would be ready by January 15th. I had to reach out to my insurance company to find out it was delayed until Jan. 18. At this point, our car was delayed until Jan. 25, then extended to Feb. 1, next to Feb. 6 at noon, then 5:00 p.m. Another delay came to bring us to Feb. 8 at 8:00 am, then noon, then 1:30 and finally 2:30 when I picked it up.
