Horrible experience!!! Alejandro the offices owner is a sad a excuse for insurance supplier!! After asking to cancel my policy he makes every part of the process slow and frustrating! I ask to cancel he supposedly confirms thats it cancelled then again I am charged for life insurance the next month. Every month my monthly payment got higher which is why I cancelled and he claims he missed accidents I had but that should be established in the sign up process.
