Doctor Gershenhorn and her office failed to properly document the results of my ultrasound evaluation. They also claimed to be able to perform the cyst removal procedure at their location but then changed their minds and told me to go elsewhere. They were then unable to give me an accurate procedure code to submit to the next provider who will perform the procedure. They gave me a range of codes since they failed to document the length and other morphological characteristics of the cyst.The entire visit felt rushed, no wonde... read more
Dr. Gershenhorn is a great doctor. His bedside manner is stellar. During an appointment for my wife she asked me if Dr. Gershenhorn could schedule me for an appointment and he saw me immediately that day as soon as my wife's appointment was finished, I didn't even have to leave the exam room. Nobody wants to have a colonoscopy but, Dr. Gershenhorn and his staff make you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend Dr. Gershenhorn in a heartbeat.
